The exhibition included a new opera, as well as the artist’s several major works, the exhibition explored themes of migration, oppression and utopia. The exhibition was so captivating, affecting and engaging I ended up staying in the space until closing time.

本展展出肯特里奇全新的劇作作品以及數件代表作，聚焦移民、壓迫和烏托邦等主題。展覽實在非常迷人，使我沉浸其中並深受感召，直到閉館仍不捨離開。

The book was published back in 2010 but I was only able to get hold of a copy recently. Making up of different die cut on every page, the book is a beautiful sculptural object as well as a work of masterful story telling.

雖然《Tree of Codes》於2010年便已問世，但我直到最近才終於有機會閱讀收藏。本書每頁都採取截然不同的裁形／刀模設計，使其不僅成為一件極具雕塑性的物件，亦是有著精湛敘事手法的作品。

Yellowface is a brilliantly funny satirical novel, described as a satire of racial diversity in the publishing industry as well as a metafiction about social media. For me, it’s so relatable and share so many similarities to the art world and how I have to navigate, admittedly in a much smaller scale.

《黃色臉孔》是部傑出且幽默的諷喻小說，其不僅聚焦出版產業內部的種族多樣性問題，更後設地觸及了社群媒體議題。對此，我心有戚戚，作者刻畫之敘事與藝文圈現況，與我曾面對的挑戰——即便相較之下微不足道——有著諸多異曲同工之妙。

I think it was one of the very few works amongst the hundreds of work in Art Basel HK this year that made me stop and spent time with.

少數幾件讓我在香港 Art Basel 駐足反思的作品。
